Be STILL and HEAR God, KNOW that he is with you.

last night at the beach with Pear and Square we got a chance to do something we hadn't done with each other in a really long time, pray. we talked with God about what we were thinking and what we needed and wanted out of our england trip.
we are leaveing all our comforts behind in order to pursue God. he will be sustainging us in this strange and excitingly new world. God will provide and He will keep us safe.

not the mushy kind though it's nice (like the movie last night) i mean real love like Jesus loves people, full of forgivness, mercy, gentalness, warmth, surprisingly faithful.

not always a huge loud love that professes it's self from the top of a mountain with a massive gong, but the kind that is quite and anonymous.

the momma bear knows

i came home from work last night dead. after getting my call from Carla @ 5:18 am and working project safe from 8am-4pm then going back to work for CMM from 5:30-10pm i was done for the night. i came home and sat on the couch with momma and we talked abot stuff from the day. she made me a hammy sammy (a ham sandwich for thoes of you that don't live in my home or know my mommas slang) just the way i like it, and pulled the braids out of my hair and smoothed it over like she would when i was younger. it was perfect i was in heaven. she asked me if when i was a momma and she a G-ma if i would still put my head in her lap and let her smooth my hair and i told her it is my most favorite thing in the world. i'm gonna miss my momma when i'm in england
